Your Experience

We want to get to know the real you! How you met and more, it helps us develop a deeper connection and helps us make your photos even more amazing and all about you! We'll send you a short + sweet questionnaire that will get us started. If you have a Pinterest Board or wedding website, send it over we'd love to see it!

2. Engagement Session

If you decided to include an engagement session we'll decide on a date that works best for all of us and a location that fits the aesthetic of your wedding. Engagement sessions are an awesome way to get comfortable in front of the camera and they're great for content, like Save The Dates and Guest Books!

If you decide you want an engagement session after you've already secured your date with us, no worries just let us know and we can always add one on!

3. Engagement Session Photos Delivered!

After we've photographed your engagement session, we'll send you the photos and you can share them, post them, or keep them to yourself (but we definitely recommend you share!) You can also purchase prints, or order a guest-sign in book from us.

A timeline is important to ensure everything on your day goes smoothly and that there is ample time for everything you have planned. Allowing proper time for photos is a way to make sure we can cover everything and give you amazing work!

This article is a great place to get started -  https://apracticalwedding.com/calculate-wedding-timeline/

At any time you can reach out and ask us any questions, we love being involved in the planning! Our pro-tip is to always give yourself extra time so that if anything goes wrong, it's no big deal!

5. Scouting

If we've never shot a wedding at your venue, we will go the week before to check everything out and pick places that we recommend we take photos. We're always open to new ideas and love collaborating with you! If you know an amazing, super secret spot, let us know and we'll definitely check it out!

The day before the wedding, we pack our bags, charge way too many batteries, clear our memory cards and get everything ready to go.

If we’re traveling a long distance for your wedding, we prefer to arrive at least a day or two before the wedding. That way if anything goes wrong (hello, big storms) we still have plenty of time to be there and we spend the extra time scouting locations.

We arrive with plenty of time, photograph everything, help with anything, and have a great time!

We post at least one sneak peek on Facebook  and Instagram. We'll tag you so you can share with family and friends and have an awesome new profile picture!

It takes up to 1 month to finish hand-editing all of your images. We'll send you a handcrafted USB drive to view your images, followed by an online gallery. You can share the online gallery with family and friends, and order prints and flag favorites for your album.

Album and prints take a bit longer, we'll let know you the status of your order once it is placed.

Keep in touch! We love seeing what's happening in your life via social media or snail-mail (we love sending out letters and packages).

Having a baby, (we love puppies too), moving, anniversary and want photos - give us a call! We love working with past clients and new ones too if you loved us and we hope you do, feel free to recommend us!
